Ontology Based Competency Matching between Adult Education and Technology Workplace

The OntoTechnology approach believes in utilizing job knowledge as a predictor of future job performance. Job knowledge, as opposed to disposition, has the major advantage of being malleable, thus allowing a person a centered approach to personnel selection. The main aims and objectives of this project are to provide detailed personalized assessment and training of essential technical competencies and related job knowledge elements that are required for a certain position.
